Got into a mess with 2 accounts (solved ignore)

edited 7 days ago
Solved: realized both accounts were in the same group library and the I didn't have storage because the owner account storage had ran out, and I renewed the storage for the other account).

User for 17 years, and I set up a new account for work a couple years ago, I couldn't work out why my account wasn't syncing and realized on one computer the sync is with my old account (and it's not syncing PDFs because I don't pay for that one).

Problem is I've been adding a load of PDFs and references to the old account which are all now local on one computer.

On my other computer, I have the new paid account, which has other PDFs

And there is about 80% crossover between the two.

If I try and unlink my old account to sign in to the new account and sync, it's going to delete all my local copies " If you continue, all Zotero libraries associated with the “blackhill45123” account will be removed from this computer."

How do I get around this and merge without losing stuff, down to my stupidity.

To make matters worse, the new account, which I'm writing from "Torpa83", will not sync on any computer. I'm getting a message that I've reached my Zotero File Storage. I've got paid 2GB storage, and I'm only using 7mb, so not sure why I'm getting this message either.
