What's the actual problem? Your screenshot doesn't show a problem.
(Also, I assume you know this, but you can pin the Zotero Connector from the extensions menu so you don't need to right-click every time to save to Zotero.)
When you add an item to Zotero, it can download PDF files and retrieve metadata from several sources: 1) from the publisher's site (the one I always choose); 2) from the metadata embedded in the HTML structure of the webpage; 3) by querying external databases using the DOI.
The last two options are for saving snapshots of the webpage. These are essentially offline copies that take up space but can be useful when a PDF isn’t available.
