As far as I can tell, the page has a good title,

(URLs are typically in the debug output, but a) there can be multiple URLs in there making it hard to parse what's not working and b) not everyone troubleshooting issues with import has access to the debug logs)

Thanks, I vaguely remembered the page mentioned above, or something like it, however I could not find it when I needed it (I spent around five minutes looking), now I see that it's the knowledge base. Maybe I was seeking the wrong keyword.
