When I enter the DOI address, Zotero says error

I am a paid subscriber of Zotero and just starting today, every time I try to enter a DOI PDF address to add to my library I get an error message, whether its through the app or on the website. This never happened before and I am perplexed on how to resolve this issue. Can someone help?
