Upgrade StorageDrag and drop annotations from the items list
A drag and drop of an annotation from the PDF Reader to a Zotero note gives:

A drag and drop of an annotation from the items list to a Zotero note does not do anything.
Is it possible to get this to work in the same way as from the PDF Reader?
And also from the item pane of the items list if possible.
A drag and drop of an annotation from the PDF Reader to a text editing software gives a PDF link back to the annotation:
The shortcuts Ctrl+Shift+C and Ctrl+C are also inconsistent between the items list and the PDF Reader.
