Zotero won’t work in Word

Hi! So, I use Zotero when citing from Google scholar. I have the plugin and everything needed. However, all of a sudden I can’t cite anything. Nothing goes to my Zotero citation section anymore for direct citing. I have tried to uninstall, restart my laptop and the app. Nothing works. Please help
