Zotero on google docs generates generic "insert a link" dialog

When I click on Zotero->Add/Edit citation, I get a dialog that does not look like the one shown in https://www.zotero.org/support/google_docs. Instead I get the same dialog that is produced by Gdoc's "Insert a link" menu item. None of the fields are connected to my Zotero library (it is functionally identical to the insert link dialog).

I am using Safari 17.1.2 and Zotero Connector 5.0.93

We haven't received any other reports of this, but it's possible Google is testing some changes.

Can you follow these steps from the last time this occurred?

I've sent the html. It looks to be identical to the div generated by the Insert > Link menu.

@bekendall Do you still see this issue? Have you signed up or could google have signed you up for some sort of beta testing of Google Docs UI?
