I have used the https webdav, but it's still not working on my ipad. It works on my PC.

The resource could not be loaded because the App Transport Security policy requires the use of a secure connection.

Your WebDAV server is redirecting an HTTPS request to an HTTP request, which it absolutely shouldn't be doing. The app is protecting you.
