Hi,
I have 2 users that use 2 different laptops. We use a lot of note and sync the notes very often. My question, what is the best practice so that we can achieve this effectively. Both have the same setting (user name, password, file syncing, etc). However, one laptop can sync very fast and the othet laptop cannot finish the sync (sometimes, more than 30 minutes). During the beta version, both laptop can sync in a matter of second.

That's pretty much all there is to it. There's nothing else you need to do.
But you have no queued uploads and no items on the server under your current account, so I couldn't really tell you much more than that.
