Upgrade StorageAdvanced search for a specific file attachment format (eps, ppt, txt, png, tex...)
Is there a simple way to search for file attachments of a specific type?
The closest I could find is to use
Previously, the file extension was still visible on the Attachment Title. But in the new design, the file extension is removed from the Title. The new rule is good, but that breaks the advanced search usability in this case, because only the Attachment Title is visible from the Advanced Search results.
I have also tried to search by Filename, but the option does not seem to be available.

I do not have any way to tell that these results include ppt, eps and tex files.
[I understand that this is a bug that ppt files show up as a "Document" and not a "Presentation"?]
Is it possible to add the information of the file extension in the search results?
And also add specific icons for these files?
Some of these files are raw data in the form of .csv files and some are spreadsheets (mostly of the type .xlsx) that contain results from the raw data. How can I search for a specific file extension (for example .csv)?
Currently if you use "advanced search" it only gives options such as documents, images audio etc. (under "attachment file type") and not file extension (such as .csv or .xlsx).
Please note that I am using linked attachments so that these file attachments reside in the cloud drive so I am not using the operating system's file manager to search function.
It would be nice to have a feature that will allow you to locate items which contain a specific file extension.
