How to cancel adding item from the web browser extension

Sometimes (too often). I click on Zotero extension button when trying to access another browser extension. On web pages it has a very generic looking file icon so it is not obvious this is Zotero. When I clicked it, I want to cancel adding this resource (it can be my bank website for instance, or other sensitivie information), but instead I can only choose where it will go. If I won't spend *even more time* choosing the collection where I'll remember to go and delete it, it will be in the most recent collection I saved to which can be anywhere.
