Create Bibliography Always Right Justified?

Whenever I use Create Bibliography from Items in a Zotero library with Copy to Clipboard as Output Method, it pastes into my document right justified with a hard return between the citation number and the entry necessitating some editing. It doesn't do this if I output as rtf.
It's only a couple of steps, but does anyone have any idea how to fix that?
