How to sync my work computer with the previous zotero account I had on my pc

Hi,

1. I am have a hard time understanding how to go about both syncing my pre-existing zotero account with my desktop application on my new work computer. How do I do that if when I click on the "sync accounts" link in the desktop version of zotero, nothing happens. Here is a picture of the options I had selected.

2. I am not being successful at adding the zotero connector to my google chrome account despite having downloading it.

How do I do that if when I click on the "sync accounts" link in the desktop version of zotero, nothing happens.

I'm not sure what you're referring to. "sync accounts" isn't something in Zotero. There's a sync button in the toolbar, and Zotero will also sync automatically if you make changes.

If you mean that you're clicking the sync button in the toolbar and nothing is happening, see Changes Not Syncing, and provide the requested info if you're still having trouble.
