Sync failed

I have had sync issues with zotero. It always tries to sync, but is never successful. The problem may be related to the size of the file (I think I have 3 or 4 thousand references in my library). The error report sometimes refers to the size of the file.

Today the error message is: invalid response from server

I'll paste the details below. I've tried to sync a few times so the report may have repeats.

The report ID is 1210634783


Unfortunately, this is causing problems for my group libraries as well. I can see things that others put in our group libraries, but sometimes they don't see references that I put in the shared library (though I can see them when I login).
