How to add tags via standalone PDF reader window?

When I open a PDF in the Zotero app for Mac, I can edit tags (and other properties) via the right side bar. However if I move the PDF to its own window, there is now way to access this right side bar for the current item.

Please consider adding the possibility of opening the right side bar even from standalone PDF windows.

We'll likely add the item pane to standalone reader windows in a future version.

Nothing to do with iOS.
