Not syncing Component returned failure code: 0x80570016

I use Zotero on three devices; personal laptop, iPad, and desktop at work.
It worked fine previously but my desktop is not syncing. The error i get is:

    Same as this and some other recent reports. I believe these are all at the same institution, so you'll need to talk to your IT department.
