Library doesn't sync anymore

When I try to sync the library on my pc with zotero.org it gives an error message. Report ID: 427647977.

    Can you provide a Debug ID for Zotero startup through a sync that fails, using the "Restart with Logging Enabled…" option?

    Same as this and another recent report. I'm guessing these are all at the same institution.
