[Zotero 7 Beta] Hand Tool shortcut H broken in the PDF Reader

Steps to reproduce:
1) Open a PDF file in a Zotero PDF Reader tab
2) Press H on the keyboard
-> The hand tool mode is activated.
But it does not appear as activated in the "View" -> "Hand Tool" menu.
It cannot be disabled from the shortcut H.
If I click on the "View" -> "Hand Tool" menu, it "activates" the hand tool again (appears as activated in the menu). It is finally disabled from a second click on the "View" -> "Hand Tool" menu.

Note that the hand tool itself is also broken:
a) Click and hold on a line
b) Move horizontally -> it selects the text
c) Move vertically -> it scrolls the page

Thanks for the tip. I see that this shortcut was discussed in earlier discussions:

But it does not appear in the PDF Reader shortcuts:

It was originally listed in the list on GitHub, but then removed.

The hand tool from the "View" -> "Hand Tool" menu was partially fixed: it does not have the text selection problem:

But it still displays the normal arrow for the mouse instead of the hand.

But the same problem of text selection from the shortcut is still the same.

Also, the shortcut S does not work well also with the "View" -> "Hand Tool" menu. If you first select the hand tool from the View menu, then press S, you loose everything: it disables the hand tool, but you still cannot select the text.
