Merged documents now list multiple cited sources within text as comma separated rather than hyphen
Hello,
I recently merged separate documents with zotero references into one large dissertation document. I followed the instructions online to do, and it all seemed to go well.
However, the in-text references now list multiple sources as comma separated, where there once was a hyphen. An example sentence was something like this [3], [7]-[10]; now the sentence is something like this [3], [7], [8], [9], [10]. I did see from another forum post online that the former format should be the default, so I'm not sure what to do.
The document is roughly 150 pages, 300 citations. I did get a warning that auto update of sources would be slow.
Let me know how best to fix this. Thank you!

poettliIs this IEEE style? As you may have seen, there has been a recent update of the style. If your requirement is to strictly follow the IEEE style, there is nothing to fix. But if your document needs to follow the previous format, I guess you will have to ask for this specific style.
