Can't save PDFs from ScienceDirect from any browser

I am having the same problem, I think. I have tried saving to Zotero (on a mac, M2, Ventura 13.2.1, Zotero 6.0.30). I have tried using Safari, Firefox and Chrome (all the latest versions), and all three report that they can not save from Sciencedirect

    I too am unable to save PDFs from Elsevier journals into Zotero. I am using Zotero 6.0.30 in Windows 10 and FireFox
    I suspect that there are other discussions and suggestions about this in the discussion forum. Can someone point me to them?

    save here. Used to work well. But could not download PDFs recently on Mac, no matter using Safari or Chrome.
