Hi,
I am trying to save a pdf from the science direct webpage (which I have access to through my university) using Zotero Connector. I have been trying for a week now and tried all the trouble shooting steps, but it is still not working. I have also tried saving pdfs from other websites and this is not working either. I have attached the following information below: debug ID, URL from which I am saving the pdf, what it says when I am trying to save, and the translator. Please help!
