I've been using https://www.zotero.org/save to add things while on mobile (Android). I appreciate that an official client is in development:

I have three questions.
1. Will that client have an 'Android share' function, so that urls can be shared to the app and added to a library?
2. If that Android client is some way off or doesn't have a share function planned, would others be interested in an Android app, where the only purpose of that app is to enable an Android share, e.g. via https://www.zotero.org/save?
3. Does https://www.zotero.org/save have options for get parameters? https://www.zotero.org/save?id=X which would pre-populate the field?
