Sorry, Zotero doesn't provide support for Word versions prior to Word 2010: https://www.zotero.org/support/system_requirements#word_for_windows

But it worked fine until last week

Unsupported software versions might work, but there's just no way Zotero can check on issues with an unlimited number of old software versions, I'm afraid, especially as Word has changed a fair amount in the last 16 years...
