Can you reproduce this reliably? If so, what are the exact steps?

My new report ID is : 341054787.
I have the choice between :
- Copy Report ID
- Copy and export Database
- Ok

iPhone OS 15.1
Start by updating to a current version of iOS. You're running a version from October 2021.
You should also figure out why you haven't received automatic updates since then. Problems like this aside, running outdated versions of iOS is dangerous.
