Are there non-alphanumeric characters in your WebDAV URL, username, or password?
See this thread for how you can experiment to see what characters are causing this error, and please return to this thread and let us know the results:
You're saying if you put the exact same WebDAV URL, username, and password in that code sample, you see that URL in the result block, but if you enter those values in the preferences and click Verify Server, you get the error above?
well,When I downloaded the beta ,it was still the same problem.just like"https://myacount%40qq.com:mypassword@dav.jianguoyun.com/dav/zotero/".Dose that mean it's running fine?
What do you mean by "the same problem"? There's nothing wrong with that URL. Are you saying you're still getting an error when you click Verify Server?
Yes,there is no error in the URL,but there there is still an error when I click Verify Server. I'd like to register a new account with Google Mail to see what's wrong.
Can you provide a Debug ID from Zotero 7 for Verify Server?
If you can reproduce this with Zotero 7, we can add some debugging information to the next Zotero 7 beta to try to figure out what's happening. People in China have been hitting this for a long time (not sure if it's with particular Chinese WebDAV servers or what), but almost no one has been willing to work with us to debug it, so if you're willing to do so, we'd appreciate it.
