I'm trying to syncronize a library in another user (super8sbufrgs) and I'm getting this error:

Component returned failure code: 0x80004005 (NS_ERROR_FAILURE) [nsIZipReader.close]

Are you running any non-standard security software on this system?

Not that I'm aware of. I don't even have any extensions on zotero installed.
My antivirus software is karspersky. I tried deactivating it but got the same error.

Well, Kaspersky is certainly non-standard security software — that just means security software that doesn't come with the OS. Did you restart your computer after disabling it?

Always when I restart my computer Kaspersky starts with it. I tried to change that, but I couldn't because it's my company's computer.
