you can use this Add-on to set the default PDF to whichever attachment you want: PDF kit for Zotero

I have used this ADD-on and set a pdf as default but it didn't work.The default one is still unchanged.

I wanna know about the rules for definding a default pdf.Is it defined by the time sequence of pdfs putting in an item? which means the first one may be the default pdf.

Yes, currently the first-added PDF is used. We plan to make it possible to choose another attachment in a future version.
