poettliSame with zotero 7.0.0-beta.5, either with the classic dialog or the default dialog
-
poettliNo window opens with 7.0.0-beta.7. (but an error message pops up if Zotero is not running)
-
samvimesYup, just wanted to report the same problem (Kubuntu 23.04, Plasma 5.27.4.) - the beta is running but nothing happens when clicking any Zotero icon in the LO toolbar.
-
dstillmanOur window-moving code hasn't yet been updated for Wayland, so window focusing won't work yet under Wayland. That's actually just unrelated breakage. Fixed in the latest beta — thanks.

adomasvenTo give an update here, I looked into this and generally theprompt is a Gnome "feature". The version of Firefox that Zotero 6 is based on was opening windows the "wrong" way which is why the prompt didn't appear. There doesn't seem to be a simple way to address this using Zotero based on my research.
