Three questions from a new user

Hello,

I am just starting with Zotero and I have to say I like it already!
I've got three questions at this point:

1. I have several items with multiple PDFs attached to them (e.g. the actual article and supplements). When double clicking on an item, one of these documents is opening. Murphy's law dictates that it will always be the wrong one. Is there a way of telling Zotero which PDF to open? I tried renaming the PDFs but that didn't seem to change anything.

2. Is it possible to lock the details in the "Info" pane for editing? I am a bit worried to misclick and then delte an author from the list...

3. Similarly, in case I have changed something, is it possible to re-load this information to replace the changes I made with the "official" details (which are probably somehow parsed from the PDF or from the URL).

Sorry, that's a no on all of these.
1) is frequently requested and might happen and future changes may introduce some version of 3) (essentially an update metadata feature, not sure it'd replace manually edited metadata though).
I've never seen requests for 2) though; I doubt that's likely to happen.
