Upgrade StoragePossibility to lock zotero entries
A similar request has been already made in May 2007 at this link:

but maybe it wasn't a priority at the moment.
I'd like to update it in a slightly different way:
I would really appreciate to be able to "lock" an entry when I am sure it is correct and I do not wish to modify it further.
In the long run, it is possible that an entry might be accidentally modified, leading to the necessity to check them every time...
Would it be difficult to implement?
