Project tells me I have used 93% capacity

    Greetings:
    I have purchased a 3 GB storage plan. I have 2 project folders. Each project has some different collaborators whom I added.
    One project is working fine.
    The other project tells me I have used 93% capacity and is not adding any more articles.
    Can you please help me figure this out?

    You have a 2 GB storage plan and you've used 1868 MB of the 2000 MB. You and other group members would get an error trying to sync files >132 MB. (And you can always add more items and files locally, so I don't know what "is not adding any more articles" means.)

    There's no difference between the groups here. You're the owner of both groups, so their storage usage counts against your quota.
