group library sync failed

The group libraries which has already been on the website but can not be shown in the software. However, I have upgraded the storage.
When I try to sync the library, there is an error: Group with ID 1 does not exist.

Does this go away if you restart Zotero?

Yes. When I restart Zotero, this error goes away. But I still can't sync the library online. The personal library only occurs locally, while the group library only shows online
