OnlyOffice has now a pre-installed plugin with Zotero and seems to work. In the coming days, I will test the plugin and system as a whole.

Also I don't want to say what the developers should do but even and kind of closed beta (or even alpha that could crash but wouldn't corrupt data) on testflight would help to gather feedback from use

If you haven't synced the second profile, you can test this by closing Zotero, deleting its data directory, and importing again. If you see a duplicate that you don't see in the original library, you
