Detection returned wrong item type

I am using Scaffold to run Primo2018 tests. During the second test I run, I got an error message without a lot of information:
"Detection returned wrong item type"
Can someone help me understand what is wrong here?
I am using the link
http://primo-prod.u-paris10.fr/primo-explore/fulldisplay?vid=UPON&search_scope=default_scope&docid=SCD_ALEPH000546633&lang=en_US&context=L
And click on "Save to Zotero" and got in Zotero the same item type like in the test result "Thesis". So not sure what is the wrong item type here...

Can you post this to the zotero-dev, or just to your GitHub issue? We try to keep technical discussions elsewhere.
