@cenktaskin: Note that you can still use an external PDF reader with Zotero 6. There's no need for ZotFile for annotations anymore.

The "Attach New File" function is not removed from ZotFile. You can still use it in Zotero 6.

The one thing I miss from ZotFile was the context menu item for attaching the newest file in Downloads. Sure, it's still possible, but it requires a bit more menu interaction + keyboard now.
