Make sure you're viewing a PDF that actually has a valid text layer. If in doubt, test with this PDF.

But you also have the Zotero Report Customizer plugin installed, so if you're not seeing the images in the note itself in the report you should test with that plugin disabled.

simply doesn't make this request. The relevant test would be WebDAV verification on the desktop, not syncing with Zoo. This is a standard WebDAV method.

It's only beta and I think it's pretty standard md, so you can just look at that. I'm not sure about some of the "flavors", so when in doubt test but 95% of md is universal
