Upgrade StorageWeb snapshots fail in Firefox Nightly 96
In recent builds of Firefox Nightly 96, web snapshots appear to fail for all pages I try to collect them from.
As an example, when I try saving https://galois.com/blog/2021/10/under-constrained-symbolic-execution-with-crucible/, a blog post entry is created in Zotero, but the web snapshot process never completes in Firefox Nightly.
If I test in other browsers like Firefox Release 94 or Safari 15, the web snapshot is collected successfully.
