Basically that: when I drag and drop PDF's to Zotero, they are not copied into the folder I have set for ZotFile. It keeps them in the original folder.

If you've set up the ZotFile plugin to move files elsewhere as linked files, you'd have to adjust that in the ZotFile settings.

You'd have to ask Zotfile. Any plugin can read BBTs citekey, but BBT is not imvolved with how it's used.
