ZotFile isn't compatible with Zotero 6+. There are several options for replacements, zotmoov is most widely used.

Zotmoov or Attanger are v7-compatible plugins that replicate much of Zotfile's functionality.

Right, ZotFile hasn't been updated to work with Zotero 7. There are other plugins that provide equivalent functionality. It depends on what exactly you're trying to do.
