That's not currently possible, but you can use the Add Note button in one of the word processor plugins and then generate a bibliography with Add/Edit Bibliography.

I put in the citation with zotero and after closing the word document and reopening the document the citation LINK to zotero is gone. (The text is still there but not the link to zotero)
