The only known issue I'm aware of is that you will not get PDFs attached from Proquest when using a connector and a proxy.

PDFs aren't saved from Proquest via connectors, so that part is a known issue (Firefox goes into connector mode when Standalone is open).

you need to have the "Include URLs" box checked in the Cite-->Styles tabe of the Zotero preferences for MLA to work correctly. With this & taking the data straight as it comes from Proquest you get
