The manual installation of the Libreoffice integration fixed the problem, everything now works as expected.

This is due to the version naming change of LibreOffice -- they went from LibreOffice 7 to LibreOffice 24. We will soon release an update to Zotero which will fix it. Sorry for the trouble.
