@khaden: The ZotFile plugin can extract your PDF annotations into Zotero notes, and that feature will likely be ported to Zotero in the future.

oh you need to tell Zotfile to extract them: right-click -> Manage Attachments --> Extract Annotations

Preview works with Zotfile. You'd have to say more than "doesn't work" to allow us to troubleshoot.
