Google Docs saves a new version every minute or two as long as you're connected to the internet.

Unfortunately the most recent google docs save was from hours ago. I recovered from there what I could already. Thank you for the suggestion.

I added a citation as I always did on google docs. And the entire text below the citation until the bibliography was deleted PERMANENTLY.

Also, I'm still able to add files to Zotero via both browsers. It's only importing Citations to Google Docs that isn't working.

I'm unable to add citations to my Google Doc on Chrome AND Firefox on my laptop, but both work fine on my desktop. Interestingly, my laptop DOES allow me to add papers to my Zotero from the connector/
