I know Mendeley had this feature years ago, and ZotFile offered something similar in a semi-automated way, but as far as I understand, ZotFile is not compatible with Zotero 7.

Under Zotero v6, if your PDFs were being automatically moved to Onedrive when downloaded by the Zotero web connector, you were presumably use Zotfile to do that. It no longer works in Zotero v7. In it

Zotfile did not migrate across to Zotero 7. But the annotations are now handled by the Zotero PDF reader so you do not need it for that.
