I have found the preference "extensions.zotero.translators.better-bibtex.csquotes". It has the status "default" and the type "string". And value is empty. If I understand the text in the link correctly, I have to enter something in the field "value"…

Thanks for the information. I really didn't see that it is in the right pane. But I think, it would be a great improvement, if the desktop-version has it right behind the folders, similar like the iOS-version.
