That’s the error Word gives me when using the add-on of Zotero that is within Microsoft Word. Also there’s no report number shown. However I’m using a Gateway Laptop. I used Microsoft Edge to install Zotero. And Zotero is fully updated.

It says Zotero Integration Error. “Zotero experienced an error updating your document. Would you like to view troubleshooting instructions”

It’s an issue with changing the format of the bibliography. And I will look for the type of error message. The last time I tried, no error/troubleshoot message popped up, but it also did not change the formatting at all.

Yes it’s with using Zotero for Microsoft word. I used APA. Then when attempting to change the format to Chicago or AMA, nothing changes. The formats look similar when attempting to change from the Zotero app itself. And when attempting to change the…
