I was also getting the same bug but simple changing to English UI the import worked as expected. I suggest your guys listing this issue in known issues page.

I just found that I can run Zotero Standalone with "zotero -profilemanager" and create a profile on my portable USB disk. Anyone knows how to fix the driver letter issue when running on multiple machines?
