Unfortunately when I insert underlines in an external pdf, it increases in size and the zotero pdf viewer does not read it. This affected my work with obsidian to export annotations. I will have to wait for improvement of the pdf viewer.

I understand. I will have to use the pdf of the pc. If my pdf file inside zotero I open it with an external program and make annotations. Will I be able to synchronize and extract those annotations with zotero?
