@adamsmith -- it is too busy currently, and therefore I cannot do this quickly. We can skip attachments and notes completely or make more tests for these cases. Feel free to adjust the translator yourself.

I don't use any proxy connections at all and therefore I don't know much about the settings and the status in zotero. For a start you should check your proxy settings in standalone https://www.zotero.org/support/preferences/proxies .

ProQuest changed their webpage design and this partially breaks the current Zotero translator. I guess you are seeing some of these follow-ups. We will try to fix the ProQuest translator in the next days...

The first two examples are by standard handled by the Library of Congress ISBN translator (check the field "Bibliothekskatalog"), the last one is working for me and gives me also a TOC.

The GBV translator is now updated and should save more Table of Contents, i.e. whenever "Inhaltsverzeichnis" is written in a subfield of marc field 856. Enjoy!

Is there any guide or documentation of this reference style? I don't think that the example above are (still) correct, there seem to be some differences to what the journal wants.
